We believe that availability of adequate manpower and infrastructure is must for successful operations of the firm and towards that end our firm has put adequate emphasis on manpower and infrastructure. It is the main asset of the firm.

We have a very spacious (2850 sq. fts.) office in the heart of the city, located at 2nd floor, Mahavir Building, Opp. Econo Lodge, Off Libya Street, Dar es Salaam. We have a setup of 17 computers in our local area network, centralized by a Server that is continuously backed up. We have in house qualified personnel to manage the local area network and all the issues related to ICT. We have adequate voice communication network for a continuous availability of our assistance to the clients.

We ensure that our technical and administrative staff is kept updated on all relevant issues and provide them with in-house training by conducting classes. The firm sponsors from time to time, the senior staff for professional seminars conducted by NBAA and other similar authorities so as to ensure that the knowledge tank of the firm is kept abreast of all latest developments in fields of taxation, company law and accounting.

We are a team of 25 individuals, consisting of two partners, six highly qualified, experienced and capable senior professionals, 17 support staff and two office boys. We have two assistant managers for taxation and VAT services, three assistant managers for audit and accounting functions. And to support we have a well trained lower level staff who over the years have gained a vast experience.
