We have observed that business growth of our

developed some degree of specialization for such

professionals and two support staff. We have

Due diligence. “Due
diligence” – or “adequate care” as the
name suggests is a step taken by parties
to a financial transaction (which is of
a major consequence to them) to ensure
that the information and representations
of the other party to the transaction,
on which they place a reliance and act,
are actually correct and understood
correctly by them. Due diligence can be
business due diligence, financial due
diligence, technical due diligence, IT
due diligence or legal due diligence. We
undertake all of them except for
technical due diligence. |

Mergers & Acquisitions. Mergers and
Acquisitions are being undertaken with a
view to create a market leadership
position or maintain the same or to take
some strategic advantage of each other’
position. We undertake the entire
process of ensuring a successful merger
or acquisition including valuation of
business assets and finalizing of the
exchange ratio and the terms of
settlement. Due diligence exercise may
also form part of the entire process of
merger or acquisition. Our main
intention is to ensure that the entire
exercise receives legal approval from
tax department and registrar of
companies. |
